*How do we prepare the shrimp?

As with the “Bubba Story,” there are dozens of ways to prepare shrimp.  Some cook with heads on, some with heads off.  Some shell or tail on….or off.  It really depends on your recipe.  Do your best to not overcook the shrimp.  This will affect the texture and taste.  If you are trying something new….start with 1-2 shrimp to experiment.  The most important thing is HAVE FUN!
